The vision

One of my long term client wants to build a tool called nerualmind. The idea was to design and build a knowledge base SAAS product. That will let you train articles and build Bots that will help customer queries.

We did pretty well on that. But later on other products start doing the same thing. We start a way to create a unique value. One of them is that you have the ability to crawl a website and create a bot in a few clicks. You can connect it to a third party knowledge base source and stay in sync. Few examples: Notion, Zendesk.

Features & growth

The project becomes more powerful as we add more features to it. One of them is Apps and Insights. Insights are a way of connecting to a database and doing queries in natural language as shown in the video. Apps on the other hand are a way of connecting to different products and do tasks just using natural language. The video shows getting a tasks list from your Asana account.

Scaling up

It just started out with me and my client. As we scale, we let people join our team and I become the lead developer. I worked there for a while. Which became a great experience for me. Learn a lot about the start-up world which I always want to learn about.

The company joined with other successful company. Which leads me to teach the code base to 12 people more. My work was done. I built a successful MVP and got the company in the right direction. It's time for me to quit. In the end I'm just freelancing.
